- No forcing or encouraging off-platform transactions
4. Account & Security Rules
- Maintain only one legitimate account per user unless approved
- Do not bypass system controls, rate limits, or security checks
- Do not use bots or automation to exploit platform features
- Do not scrape or extract restricted platform data
5. Enforcement Approach
Enforcement actions on HStock Official are applied based on severity and repetition of violations.
- Warning with corrective guidance
- Listing or feature restrictions
- Temporary account limitation or suspension
- Permanent ban for repeated or severe violations
6. Appeals & Clarification
If you believe an enforcement action was applied incorrectly, you may submit an appeal with proper evidence and timeline details.
