- Explain delivery type, scope, and known limitations
- Avoid vague promises or unverifiable guarantees
- Do not copy misleading or unrelated listing descriptions
2. Product Quality and Validity
- Provide valid, functional, and accurately described products
- Do not sell unauthorized, stolen, or policy-restricted content
- Maintain consistent quality even with increased order volume
- Pause or remove listings that no longer meet quality standards
3. Delivery and Fulfillment Obligations
Delivery performance is a key trust factor on HStock Official.
- Deliver within the timeframe stated in the listing
- Provide updates for manual delivery orders
- Do not mark orders as delivered before actual completion
- Assist buyers when delivery clarification is needed
4. Communication Standards
- Respond within a reasonable timeframe
- Maintain professional and respectful communication
- Use order chat for all issue resolution
- Do not pressure buyers to go off-platform
5. Prohibited Seller Practices
- Fake reviews, rating manipulation, or trust abuse
- Misleading pricing or hidden delivery conditions
- Spam listings or duplicate low-quality storefronts
- Off-platform transaction coercion
- Any violation of Acceptable Use Policy
6. Performance Monitoring and Quality Signals
Seller performance is evaluated using multiple signals over time.
- Dispute rate and complaint frequency
- Delivery reliability

7. Enforcement Model
Enforcement actions are based on severity and repeated violations.
- Warning and corrective guidance

8. Appeals and Corrective Recovery
Sellers may submit appeals if they believe an action was applied incorrectly.
- Include order ID, listing ID, and clear timeline
