Welcome to HStock.shop, the official HStock marketplace for buying and selling digital accounts securely. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, disputes, and payment protection work on our platform.
1. HStock Escrow Protection System
All payments made on HStock Official are securely held in escrow. Sellers do not receive funds immediately after an order is placed.
Funds are only released when:
- Buyer does not open a dispute within 24 hours
- OR dispute is resolved in seller's favor
2. When Buyer Can Request Refund
A buyer can request a refund in the following situations:
- Product is not delivered
- Login details are invalid or incorrect
- Account does not match the description
- Account is banned, used, or not working at delivery
- Seller does not respond within reasonable time
3. Dispute System (Important)
If there is any issue, the buyer must open a dispute within 24 hours of order delivery.
- Payment remains held in escrow
- Buyer and seller can communicate via dispute chat
- Admin may review evidence and make final decision
The HStock Official team makes decisions based on valid proof provided in the dispute.
4. Dispute Outcomes
- Buyer Favor: Refund is added to buyer wallet
- Seller Favor: Payment released to seller
5. 24-Hour Auto Release Policy
If the buyer does not open a dispute within 24 hours, the system automatically marks the order as completed and releases funds to the seller.
After this period, refunds are not possible under any condition.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Buyer changes mind after purchase
- Buyer ignores product description
- No dispute opened within 24 hours
- Violation of HStock platform rules
7. Important Rules
- All communication must stay within HStock
- Off-platform deals are not protected
- HStock reserves full rights for final decisions
